Pre-Arrival Communication
To start your vacation and upon closing the dates you want to stay, we provide clear check-in details in advance. Including driving directions, parking instructions, and key retrieval information (e.g., lockbox code or meeting arrangements).
House Rules and Amenities
We share essential information such as WiFi passwords, appliance instructions, and any special rules. Along with all the amenities, we offer a welcome note or gift basket for a personal touch.
GUEST ARRIVAL
A warm welcome as it a tradition in Greece, to greet each guest with a smile and friendly demeanor. We show them around the property, highlighting amenities and safety features. Then it's the key exchange, we hand over the keys and explain the procedure.
During Stay
During the stay, we are accessible via the phone number or email for every issues that may ocur. We are reachable in case guests have questions or encounter issues. We always respect yout privacy while ensuring you feel supported and have everything you need.
Check Out Process
The check-out time is clearly communicated before and during the stay. In case you need extra time to pack or you missed the time, it;s a no problem for us since we will communicate the time that you need to leave. Departure instructions are available to remind to close and lock doors, turn off lights and appliances, and place trash in outdoor containers. Strip bed linens and leave them in the laundry area. Turn off AC/heater. Key Return is also communicated before to leave the key on the counter or in the lockbox.
